Day Two Saturday - Arrival to Cairo

International Airport.
- Welcome by our representative and assistance with
arrival formalities.
- Transfer to the hotel and check in. (Transfer from
airport to hotel is included.)

Day Three Sunday - Cairo: Religion &
Social Exposure
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Visit to the famous Cairo
Museum.
- Visit to the Ibn Ezra Synagogue
where the Cairo Geniza was discovered, uncovering Jewish scripts written
between the ninth and nineteenth centuries.
- Visit the Mualka Church and the
Coptic Church and Museum.
- Visit to either the Ibn Tulun
Synagogue or the Sultan Hassan Synagogue.
- Dinner at a
restaurant.

Day Four Monday - Cairo /
Luxor
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Check out of the hotel and depart
for airport and early departure flight from Cairo to Luxor, considered the
world's greatest open air museum, with magnificent ruins of monuments, temples
and tombs.
- Arrive in Luxor and check in to
cruise ship.
- Lunch aboard the cruise
ship.
- Visit to the Karnak Temple.
- Visit the West Bank, the Valley of
the Kings and Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahary and the
Colossi of Memnon.
- Visit the Luxor Temple.
- Afternoon tea on board.

dancer performance.

Day Five Tuesday - Luxor /

- Sail to Esna.

Day Six Wednesday - Esna / Kom
Ombo

- Dinner and galabiya party on

Day
Seven Thursday - Kom Ombo / Aswan
- Breakfast on cruise ship.
- Visit the temple shared by the two
goddesses, Sobek and Haroeis, in Kom Ombo.
- Visit the High Dam, the Granite
Quarries and the Temple of Philae.
- Sail in a felucca on the Nile
around Kitchener's Island and the Agha Khan Mausoleum.
- Afternoon tea on board.
- Dinner on board.
- Evening: Nubian folklore
show.
Overnight: Cruise
Day Eight Friday - Abu Simbel
(Optional)
- Breakfast on cruise ship.
- Check out and
disembarkation.
- Flight from Aswan to Cairo for a
day at leisure.
OR
- Optional tour to Abu Simbel to
view the four 65-foot figures guarding the Temple of Ramses II. (Flight:
Aswan-Abu Simbel-Cairo)
- Return to
Cairo.
Overnight: Cairo
Day Nine Saturday - Cairo: Sakkara,
Pyramids & Sphinx
- Early
breakfast at hotel.
- Morning tour
of the necropolis of Sakkara (City of the Dead), home of Egypt's oldest
pyramid, and to Egypt's ancient capital, Memphis, including the statue of
Ramses II and the Zoser Pyramid.
- Visit to the
Giza and Cheops Pyramids, as well as the Solar Boat Museum, located near the
pyramids, and the Sphinx.
- Dinner on
own.
Overnight: Cairo
Day
Ten Sunday- Departure
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Depart for the Cairo Airport.
- Transfer to airport for flight home. (Transfer is
included from hotel to the airport. Please allow a minimum of two hours for
check-in.)
