Mike Hollander was born in Canada and made aliyah in 1988. Since his move to Israel and upon completing the Israel Tour Guide licensing course, Mike has been lecturing, teaching courses on long-term programs in Israel, as well as guiding people all over the country. Mike Rogoff was born in Cape Town, South Africa. In 1970 Mike settled in Israel, seeking his ancestral roots. After a brief period studying Hebrew and milking cows on a kibbutz, he continued his studies at Tel Aviv University, from which he holds a High School Teaching Diploma. Renee Goutmann was born in Paris, made aliyah in 1976, and currently lives in Jerusalem.
Renee has worked as a tour educator since 1979. She has guided many groups, including teachers, doctors, farmers, journalists, politicians, interfaith groups and family tours. Yossef Idan is an Israeli-born licensed tour guide. He is a 7th Generation Israel, dating back to 1817. A product of the Israeli Scouts movement, Yossef fell in love with his country. He grew up as one of seven children in a traditional Jewish family in Herzelia, of which many of his siblings became rabbis, but he chose to move to a Moshav at age eighteen to work in agriculture and farming.
